Practical information

Authors are invited to submit - in French or English - a proposal for a paper of up to 3,000 characters in one of the 6 proposed themes.

Proposals must be submitted on the conference website before 30 September 2019:

The proposals received will be evaluated and selected by the Scientific Committee (double blind review). Authors whose papers have been validated will be invited to write a 3-pages paper and present their paper in a session of the conference.

Official languages of the conference

The two official languages of the conference are French and English. Communications are welcome in both languages (without simultaneous translation). Authors who present their work in the thematic sessions will be able to communicate in one of these two languages.

Publication

The papers received and validated may be published later. Editorial projects will follow, including thematic dossiers based on a selection of papers from the conference proceedings.

Registration Fees

The authors of the selected proposals will be exempt from registration fees. However, participation for meals will be required.
Non-communicating professors or researchers : 100 €

Non-communicating external PhD students : 60 €

Communicating professors or researchers : 50 €

Communicating external PhD students : 50 €

Professors, researchers, PhD students of PACTE, IUGA and partners : 0 €
